Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Haventhorne Group, we’re committed to transparency, fairness, and compliance with all applicable laws. We want you to feel confident before making any financial commitment.

📌 Cancellation Window:

You have the right to cancel your agreement with Haventhorne Group within 3 business days

of signing your service contract. If you choose to cancel within this 3-day window, you are entitled to a

full refund of your Comprehensive Credit Audit & Strategy Session Fee.

📌 Refund Timeline:

Refunds for cancellations made within the 3-day window will be processed within 10 days of receiving your written cancellation request.

📌 Important Notes:

This refund applies only to the initial Comprehensive Credit Audit & Strategy Session Fee.Monthly program fees ($150/month) for ongoing credit restoration services are non-refundable, as those services begin after your initial consultation and are delivered on a rolling basis.

📌 How to Cancel:

To cancel, simply submit a written cancellation request via email or through the official cancellation form provided at the time of enrollment. You do not need to provide a reason.

📌 Why?

These terms are in place to comply with Texas Finance Code § 393.202 and protect your rights as a consumer. We follow both Texas and federal law to ensure fair, ethical, and lawful service at every step.
