Start by booking and scheduling your Comprehensive Credit Audit & Strategy Session with our online form. During this Zoom meeting, your dedicated credit consultant will review your credit history, clarify their plan for how to improve your scores, ensure you understand your consumer rights, and complete your client agreement and consent forms to enroll you in the Power Credit Restoration Program. You'll also receive an email with a link to create a profile in our client credit monitoring portal and download our clients-only app. The program is a minimum 6-month commitment in which your consultant will contact credit bureaus and your creditors to dispute negative items on your reports, all while advising you on best practices to increase your scores. By registering for the initial Comprehensive Credit Audit & Strategy Session, you are agreeing that you have read and agreed with all terms & conditions as well as our policies identified in the "Frequently Asked Questions" section on this page.

We guarantee NO hidden fees or surprise costs when you work with Haventhorne Group. We charge a one-time $699 Comprehensive Credit Audit & Strategy Session Fee. This covers the time, expertise, and customized plan development conducted before any credit restoration work begins. Credit restoration work (such as disputes) only begins after your individualized plan is presented to you during your initial appointment with your dedicated consultant and you authorize us to move forward. After you enroll in the program, you are charged a monthly fee of $150 every 30 days for the duration (a minimum of 6 months). Additionally, clients must maintain an active subscription to our credit monitoring system, which charges $29.90/month and is automatically charged to your card on file. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the appropriate amounts are available on payment dates. In the event of a payment failure, clients have a 48-hour reminder period to submit their payment before they are dismissed from the program without a refund.

- Refund Timeline: Refunds for cancellations made within the 3-day window will be processed within 10 days of receiving your written cancellation request.

- Important Notes: This refund applies only to the initial Comprehensive Credit Audit & Strategy Session Fee. Monthly program fees ($150/month) for ongoing credit restoration services are non-refundable, as those services begin after your initial consultation and are delivered on a rolling basis.

- How to Cancel: To cancel, simply submit a written cancellation request via email or through the official cancellation form provided at the time of enrollment. You do not need to provide a reason. These terms are in place to comply with Texas Finance Code § 393.202 and protect your rights as a consumer.
